suscfg(1M)


suscfg -- enable and disable UNIX(TM)95 conformance

Synopsis

/u95/u95/bin/suscfg -d
/u95/bin/suscfg -e
/u95/bin/suscfg -n

Description

The suscfg command performs the tasks necessary to enable and disable conformance with the X/Open UNIX95 Brand (Single UNIX Specification) on the running system.

This command performs the following tasks:

Command options:


-d
Disables conformance and reconfigures the kernel; this may take a few minutes.

-e
Enables conformance and reconfigures the kernel; this may take a few minutes.

-n
Queries the current running system and prints a message indicated whether or not UNIX95 conformance is currently enabled or disabled.

Notices

Use of either the -d or -e options reconfigures the UNIX kernel; you must reboot the system to rebuild the kernel and install it as the running system.
