Setting the percentage movement when autopanning

You can define the movement, as a percentage of screen size, when autopanning by defining a new value for the *autoPanStep resource. Setting this resource to ``0'' disables panning altogether, so the Autopan items on the Panner/Icon menu will have no effect.
