Using the Graphical Calendar

Scheduling repeating events

  1. Follow the steps in ``Scheduling events''.

  2. Click on the Date button to change the starting date, if necessary. Change months if necessary by using the right and left arrow keys and click on the desired starting date within that month.

  3. Select the ending date in the same way.

  4. Pull down the Type of Event menu.

    To schedule the event: Select:
    Once One Time
    Once a week on the selected day Weekly
    Once every two weeks on the selected day Biweekly
    Every day Every Day
    Every ``N'' number of days Every N Days
    Once a month on this day. For example, the third Wednesday of each month. Monthly Relative Day
    Once a month on this date Monthly This Date
    Once a year on this day. For example, the third Wednesday in November of every year. Yearly Relative Day
    Once a year on this date Yearly This Date

On color monitors, repeating events will appear in blue, ``One Time'' events will appear in black, private events will appear in red, and merged calendar events will appear in grey by default.
