Adding ``To do'' items and durationless events

To schedule an event as a ``To do'' entry, clear the ``Time'' field in the Event Dialog window.

To schedule an event of unknown duration, enter a 0 (zero) in the ``Duration'' field of the Event Dialog window, or simply leave it empty.
