Network installation from the graphical interface

The methods used to install software from a network install server using the graphical Application Installer are described in Installing and removing software.

The important point when setting up an install server regarding the graphical interface is the same as for the command line: file system format packages can be listed automatically by remote users querying the install server, while datastream format packages require that the user know the datastream file's name.
