putchar -- print a character on the console
Synopsis
int putchar(char c);
Description
The
putchar
( ) function is used by the
printf
(D3oddi)
routine to put a character on the console, doing a ``busy wait'' rather than depending on interrupts. This means that all other system activities are suspended while
putchar
is executing.

does not return a value.
