Exporting and importing calendars

To save Calendar information to an exportable database file:

Select Export from the Calendar menu.
Enter a filename in the ``Filename'' field. The default is export_cal.
Select a file format:

ScoCal
exportable to other Calendars.
It is also possible merge calendar data with another Calendar, as described in ``Setting event and calendar preferences''

Sharp Wizard
exportable to the Sharp^® Wizard^® personal organizer.

Pcal
exportable to the public-domain pcal program, used for printing calendars in PostScript^® format.

Dbase
exportable to the Borland^® Dbase^® program.
Select the start and end dates of the calendar information you would like to export.

To import calendar information from a database file: Select Import from the Calendar menu, and select the file from the file selection window. You may only import Calendars in ScoCal format.
