Customizing a reply

When you are replying to a message, after selecting Reply To from the Message menu, make these choices:

• Either reply to everyone in the message list or reply only to the originator of the message. ``Everyone'' includes every user listed in the ``To'' and ``Cc'' header lines.

• Specify whether or not to include the text of the original message in your draft reply. Choose between including the original message as part of the text of the reply or including it as an attachment to the reply.

• Specify whether to indent the text of the original message if you include it in the draft reply. Indenting the text in your response makes the response easier to read.
