ktdelete -- remove a service key from a service key table

Syntax

ktdelete -p principal -v version [ -f file ]

Description

ktdelete removes a service key from a service key table.

The following options are supported:


-p principal
specify the principal whose key is to be deleted from the key table. principal name must be in canonical, fully qualified MIT Kerberos form (principal_name@realm_name). This argument is required.

-v version
specify the version number of the key to be deleted. This argument is required.

-f file
specify an alternative file to use for the service key table. The default is /krb5/v5srvtab.
